Welcome

Welcome to The Musicians Community.
The site is new but growing daily. Below are a few things to help you along.

Register

If you have not registered yet please do. There are many different facets of the site as it is continually growing and some boards are for members only. We welcome new members and new ideas. Comments are encouraged and new topics are welcome.

Please be sure to check your junk mailbox for the activation link that is sent to you after registration.
Your Profile Manager

Once you have registered go to your profile manager and check out the different options.
Choose an avatar. Upload your own picture or choose from some of the different album covers we have available.
Tell folks a bit about yourself by adding a url, contact info, even a personal signature.
There are various notification options for your posts and email plus a Buddy List.

Another thing you will notice is the Paid Subscriptions. Here is where you can manage your monthly tuition.

Rules

1) Advertising your products, services or website should only be posted in the Classifieds.

2) Members should be respectful and courteous to other members, and remember that children are students too. We don't tolerate rudeness.

3) No links to adult content period.

4) Signatures are a great way to add visible links to your band or service.

5) Offensive language is not permitted.

6) Please post your topic in the most suitable forum. Guitar topics should be posted in, go figure, the Guitar forum. Piano topics should be posted in the piano forum, not the events.

7) Please use a descriptive subject title when posting new threads. "Help!" is not a descriptive subject title. "Need help with scales" is a much more descriptive and useful subject title.

Cool Enjoy the company of other members and keep it fun.

The flow of this document inspired by the good people at v7n.com and SimpleMachines
